Dr. William and Cindy Hall were recently honored with the Governor’s Medallion Award for their volunteer service to the community.

The Halls accepted the award in a ceremony at the North Carolina Museum of History.

Additionally the City of Sanford honored them and the H3 staff with a proclamation, both in recognition of their award and the service that led to the award.
